Quality Policy Statement

The partners of John Noble Electrical Contractors recognise and accept their responsibility to establish, effectively operate and maintain a Quality system based on the requirements of BS EN ISO 9002 : 1994 and Quality Schedule No. SSQS 101 issued by NACOSS (National Approval Council for Security Systems).

It is our policy to ensure that products and services are consistently provided in accordance with customers' specified requirements, regulatory standards and to meet timescales. In meeting these timescales we will endeavour to ensure the quality of products and services provided by the company are not sacrificed for commercial reasons.

2. To maximise our customers confidence in the quality level of our products and service.

3. To achieve an efficient method of company operation and to demonstrate this to existing and potential customers by means of external auditing authorities.

4. To create quality awareness together with an active attitude to quality improvement among all staff within the company.
